Hi, I'm Natalie Walters — a wellness advocate, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) educator, and the author of "My Feelings and Me: Confident Hearts, Brave Voices." My work is built on a powerful belief: to nurture a child, you must also support the adult in their life. This is the foundation for building stronger families and empowering the minds of the future.

I founded Reset with Nat to provide a clear path forward for the caregivers, educators, and parents who are pouring from an empty cup. Through my 5-Step Reset Framework, I give you a proven strategy to reset, recharge, and reclaim your well-being.

But your transformation creates a powerful ripple effect. That's why I created "My Feelings and Me: Confident Hearts, Brave Voices" - an engaging activity book designed for children ages 5-11 to help them:
